The internet is changing our society in many ways. The speed that information is traveling down the information superhighway and around the world is incredible and it is causing those of us who use technology to think differently. We have to think in the long run, not just the short run so that we are ready for the changes that are just around the corner. First let's talk about businesses and making money. People are making money on the internet everyday and you can too. There are some great sites such as writeniche.com, bloggerparty.com, blogcharm.com, goldenprose.com, writingup.com to name a few. But beware of spammer blogs, especially on blogger.com. (I promise this is not spam!)

Need help with online forms

Hi,
I have a form that I need to create for a website and I am trying to find a free service that will host a form and allow the information to be sent to an email, does anyone know of any?

New Romance dating venture

OK, so I really think that finding your soulmate is everyone's dream. I know that I would like to find mine, but meeting someone online seems so akward, ya know you can't see their eyes or know what they are all about, so I think there should be an intermediary, someone to "set the 2 people up", is that too much to ask? I don't know, maybe it's not such a great idea, thoughts?

New to blogging

So I am brand new to blogs, like this is my 3rd blog post ever. I am serious. I just don't know where to find them, I don't know what is wrong with me. For some reason I just don't surf the net that much to find them. I don't know, I am going to have to work on it. So if anyone has any blogging advice for me, I would be willing to listen.

Types of businesses

Well, here is one of my problems, I am not sure exactly what type of business to start...I mean there are so many possiblities. I was thinking about maybe a match making service. OK, I know match.com and eharmony.com pretty much have that market cornered, but meeting people online even with those services is not easy. I mean, what if you have weirdos in your town and nothing is going to make that better, ya know?

Plus, maybe it's just me, but I just can't get that feeling from a picture the way you do when you first meet someone. Ya know, that whole chemistry thing? So I think there should be more personal attention. I think there needs to be an intermediary and not just a website, but an actual person. The personal attention is just lacking these days, so....thoughts?

Let's talk business

So I had this thought, and I realize it isn't a new thought, but still a thought that I had which is that I would like to start my own online business. But my question is, how do I do it? Now I hear that teenagers are starting these million dollar businesses and I am wondering what is wrong with me? Why can't I do that too? Well, maybe I am just not piping into things the right way.

So if you have advice for me, I am willing to listen. Let's talk.
